Colon Cancer Awareness "DIGNA" Candle/Pix
Chayil Candles, LLC™ was founded in August 2008 after our Founder, Ms. Nina lost her eldest sister Digna to colon cancer. "I needed a project to distract me while dealing with my loss. No matter how prepared you think you are, an emptiness remains." Ms. Nina said reflectively. "My sister loved scented candles. After she passed away, my niece gave me one of the candles she had. Almost a year to the date she passed away, I founded Chayil." In her honor, we've created a colon cancer awareness candle named "DIGNA." March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month and $28.00 from each sale of DIGNA will be donated to the Colon Cancer Alliance for research. DIGNA is a delicate floral bouquet. This fragrance is reminiscent of fresh luscious blue hydrangeas in bloom on a warm summer's day. For more information about the Colon Cancer Alliance log onto www.ccalliance.org
Breast Cancer Awareness "CATALEYA" Candle
Breast cancer affects 1 in 8 women during their lives, and many of us know someone — a mother, sister, friend — who has had it. It is the second-leading cancer killer of women in the United States, next to lung cancer. Thanks to screening, breast cancer often can be found early, when the chance of successful treatment is best. In fact, many women are even cured of the disease. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we have created the CATALEYA Breast Cancer Awareness Candle of which $28.00 will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. CATALEYA is a delightful mix of jasmine, ylang-ylang and gardenia. For more information about the National Breast Cancer Foundation log onto www.nationalbreastcancer.org

With research and patient care under one roof, St. Jude is where some of today's most gifted researchers are able to do science more quickly. November St. Jude celebrates "Thanks and Giving" and we have created "ZION" for the children of the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and will donate $28.00 from each sale.
